Feeling Better

Just to let everyone know, I'm feeling much better. Although I'm a medical anthropologist and love the traditional stuff, when it comes down to it, I'm not going to snub my nose at some good old fashioned antibiotics. Both the nose and the stomach are better. Kinda cool to be killing two infectious birds with one stone. Not something we really consider in medical anthropology.

I am glsd you are feeling better. Please keep me posted on your health. I am still n New Iberia and still celebrating my birthday. Granny and Pops made it home and I have enjoyed being home again. I have had to go to two funerals. Aunt Therese dies - the one from France she was 90. We have made it back from Paris and had a wonderful trip. I continue to enjoy reading your blog. We saw most everything there was to see in Paris and then some. We rode bikes around Versailles and brought them on the train from Paris. We also visited family friends in Chartes.

We got Katie moved in the rent house and I am going to see your Mom today on her way back from New Iberia to Gulfport. I think we are going to take it easy this weekend. It is really hot already so I am trying to jog and bike at daybreak and swim in the late afternoon.

    Take care. love nannie ann

  3. Hi Gin,
Pops and I are really enjoying your blogs-we had a lot to catch up on when we got back from our trip. Sounds like you are beginning to get some work done. Glad you are feeling better.
Our trip was wonderful-the weather ws nice, the food and wine great and the scenery beautiful. As always though we were glad to get home.
It was nice having your Mother with us for a couple of days to celebrate her birthday. We bought her a bracelet in Amsterdam. I think she liked it.
Pops and I are getting ready to go work out-try to get rid of some of that good food we ate. Keep up the blogs.
    Love, Granny
